FAQs

  • Our first step is to identify why you are seeking support. The first session, I will be mostly listening and prompting you to speak so I can get to know you and your areas of limitation. We will likely talk a little about your personal and possibly family history. I will review my scope of practice and the overall approach to my Master’s Program that applies to you.
This will give me the guidelines for our work together and allow me to develop a personalized coaching plan for you. This will help keep us focused on our main objective.

You can ask me questions you have at anytime.

I am here to hold space and help you develop yourself so you can start to make steps towards achieving your goals.

    My sessions last 50-60 minutes.

  • It’s best to have taken care of any food or bathroom needs beforehand. Aim to be in a comfortable place for sitting still without distractions or excessive noise. Having water nearby is a great idea, as well as a journal if you’d like.

I do keep brief notes from our sessions. Occasionally I will opt to record with permission.

  • We always take “ourselves” with us wherever we go. In every career venture, every relationship, on every vacation; every day in all ways, “we” are still there. By weeding out deep-seated traumas that negatively impact our unconscious, and “healing” the fragmented aspects of self that infiltrate our connection (people and every form of “life outside” of us), we ultimately make our experience of being alive much more pleasant in every conceivable way. A constant state of joy or happiness is the high-bar of possibility through this work, which by necessity, impacts and upgrades every area of life, including your relationship to and with “it.”

  • Initial consultations are currently free. 1:1 coaching sessions are $125 per hour.

Couples work is $175 per hour.

Reatreats and group meditation work varies.

  • The process of self-development is rather individual in terms of pace. Improvements can be made and seen each and every session/week. Depending on one’s willingness to dive headfirst into the work, profound and lasting transformations can occur quickly. I don’t set limits for others on what is possible. And also, generally, full-fledged transformation in several/all areas of one’s life does seem to take “time.” It can often be a patient, thorough process taking weeks, months, or years depending on the specificity.

  • No. All religions and denominations are welcome. This work is universal in its application. Occasionally, wording and language will be adjusted to ensure greater comprehension of core concepts when an individual is long-steeped in a certain tradition or religion.

  • “There is nothing God cannot do.” I do not filter clients based on condition. I have worked with severely depressed, addicted individuals. I have worked with people in abusive relationships, I have worked with people heavily medicated on pharmaceuticals. Many who come to me are stuck in one or several areas of life…that could be career, relationships, or just spiritual well-being. Some come to me who just have a “hollow” and are lacking worth, purpose, and drive.

If you come with a broken bone, I’ll refer you to a doctor :)

  • Spiritually centered transformation and healing. Most psychological, physiological, and emotional issues are addressed in that umbrella.
